Allan Barbazza

Brief Bio

Allan Barbazza – Assistant Pastor

Allan hails from Brazil where he worked in the police force and was involved in the planting of a church, Comuna, in Santo Andre, just outside Sao Paulo. He is enthusiastic about worship, and using the arts in both praising God and missional outreach. He recently completed his training for the Baptist Ministry at Spurgeon’s College in London.

Elizabeth Boultbee - Treasurer

Elizabeth heads up the organisational aspects of KCBC, as well as running her own business. She keeps us on the straight and narrow financially, and is passionate about pursuing excellence in every aspect of our church life.

Mayowa Akinloye – Core Leader

Mayowa is a long serving member of KCBC. She has been attending since she was a child along with her family. Currently Mayowa is active in the leadership of the church, leads a life group and regularly shares a sermon. She also holds a lot of responsibility as the Deputy Head Teacher of a local Parish primary school. A job she enjoys as she gets to help shape young minds.

Mayowa Akinloye – Core Leader

Brief Bio

Rochelle Etienne – Youth Worker

Rochelle is from the deep south – Mitcham! She studied theology in Oxford University at Wycliffe Hall and the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics. She is also a talented singer -songwriter. She brings a passion for God’s Word and the relevance of his truth for contemporary society.

Steve Latham

Brief Bio

Steve Latham - Senior Pastor

Steve became the Senior Pastor at KCBC in 2015. He is a long-term urban missionary in London. He has experience of pastoring urban churches, and served as a staff worker with the Universities and Colleges Christian Fellowship. He also works as an Associate Tutor at Spurgeon’s College, a Baptist seminary in South London.

Trustees

We also have a board of Trustees in addition to the Core Leaders and Coordinators. This group has the responsibility of the legal, financial and other corporate governance of the Church. Trustees of KCBC currently include
Elizabeth Boultbee, Allan Barbazza, Lewis Jackson, Amos Dzumbira and Eunice Obianagha.
