Learning from Children

We love and value children because we know that God loves and values children. Jesus made it really clear that not only are children loved, valued and welcomed in God’s eyes but that we, adults, can actually learn a thing or two from them about what it means to become part of God’s family.

Games, arts, crafts and discussions

Every Sunday at our English and French Language services we run a Sunday School for children aged 4 -11yrs old.

Children remain part of the wider congregation for our time of sung worship and notices and leave during the sermon for their own learning through games, arts, crafts and discussion, before returning to at the end of the service to join the rest of the congregations

All children are welcome whether you plan or attending KCBC regularly or are just visiting during a short stay in London.

“And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. 4 Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. 5 And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.”

- Matthew 18: 3-5

Discovering the wonderful message

Our aim is to cultivate a church community that welcomes, values and learns from the children who are part of our church community, whilst also creating space for them to discover the wonderful life and message of Jesus for themselves. All this is done while abiding by strict safeguarding measures. You can read our Safeguarding Policy here.
